The way it captures so much detail from shadows to highlights really blew me away. Having really only shot digital until recently I’m so glad that I have listened to other successful photographers in the industry and decided to use more film. I think that I will be a rare case and very unique when I am back in New Zealand working as a wedding / portrait photographer. I can’t imagine there are many New Zealand photographers at all shooting film and I really don’t understand why they aren’t. Not only do you get the added security of having negatives that last generations but it becomes a product that is fully digitized through scanning the film. Win win isn’t it?
