Went out today to Shin Koiwa, finally started to warm up here now. For some reason I fell into a theme today of transport, it seemed everyone was on their way somewhere. It’s nice to revel in the fact that after three years in Tokyo I can still stop somewhere on the train and see...

Well I was coming back from taking some photos for a magazine article and happended to change trains at Ichigaya. It’s strange to think people can take pleasure in this kind of fishing, it’s like throwing some fish into a swimming pool and going at it. (Actually, that sounds kind of fun…)

Lost in translation for a night
Went to the Hyatt last night and had some farewell drinks for Natalie. Had a great time, listened to some live jazz, and enjoyed great company.

I’ve been on a bit of a roll lately with daily updates which is cool. Today I went out and took some photos around Kasairinkai Koen. Again these were all shot with the rangefinder, I’m still getting used to it but I think I got some pretty mint images today.

Well, today was both an exciting day, and an expensive day… I finally gave in to my recent obsessing and bought a rangefinder and a Voigtlander lens. I’ll post some pictures of my precious tomorrow, but here are the first of many images to come using it. These were shot from the Tokyo Metropolitan tower...
