Japanese Food You Will Be Missed

I guess I’ll continue the list of things that I will miss about Japan. The food has to be at the top of the list, although most portions are minuscule in comparison to New Zealand the experience of eating in a nice restaurant is always amazing. This photo was taken in Ginza where you can see the kitchen and chefs from the street. I hope everyone had a great Christmas and have a great New Year. We’ll be attending the balloon festival again this year in Hamamatsucho, Tokyo. Can’t wait to upload photos for you. Contax 645, Zeiss Planar T* 80mm f/2, Fuji Pro 400H.

December 27, 2009 - 11:02 pm Ari - I don't know about you, but personally I find that in other countries the things that you miss generally go in this order; People - Location - Food. That is of course that the latter is the one you miss most =) The atmosphere is great, so have a happy New Year enjoy yourselves.

December 28, 2009 - 10:43 am Jason - Yeah I agree, food is definitely in the top three but friends are first. Have a great New Year too, would be cool to catch up when we arrive back in New Zealand.
